1. Try not to double or triple post. You can use the "edit" button on the corner of each of your posts. 
2. The frame rate (number of pictures) was a little low. There wasn't as much light flicker, which is good.
Hmmm Good, But try the 'Ease in/Ease out Effects' Theres a tutorial by xxxfancypantsxxx... Yeah I think that's it...:| But anyway, its very helpful. Good job though!
