Re: What was the last movie you watched?
28 Weeks Later
I thought this was going to blow monkey chunks; surprisingly, however, it did not. While it may not have been as good as the first film (WTF, stalking zombie?), it was still a decent flick that was pretty nicely shot.
It also had Jeremy Renner in a hero role, which was funny, because right after that I watched
The Town
Jeremy Renner was particularly great, and I liked seeing Pete Postlethwaite, man his character was screwed up. I liked the movie overall, even if I nearly busted a gut when Affleck said 'underoos' during a sad story.
I also saw True Grit in the theatre on Christmas. Great acting not only from Bridges, but from Matt Damon (who was hi-larious), and particularly newcomer Hailee Steinfeld, who did a helluva job. Just a great movie all around.
True Grit (2010)
Finally got to see it, and it was worth the wait. The movie was fantastic. Great acting, I loved it.Spoiler (click to read)
Also, it was hilarious when Jeff Bridges kicked the Indian kids.

My favorite part might've been when he was simply getting off a horse. 'Twas one of the funniest things I've seen all year in the cinema.
Edit:
Oh yes, I also saw Inception. On first watch, it was entertaining enough, though I may want to see it a second time to fully solidify my opinion.
