get a web cam, handycam shake around when you use them.  webcams stay still and are at head height with minifigs

Welcome to Bricks  in motion :-) I agree with Binding Bricks, unless you do professional stop motion animation then a web cam is probably the best choice to get you started and webcams are foten used by professionals!

The Logitech C910 is also a good choice.

Quickcam 9000 or 4000 should be the best.

A web cam may not be the best option. Sure, it is stable, but a high quality DSLR with remote shutter could be a better option. (If you can afford it of course.)
