The first point not only makes you sound lazy, but also it doesn't fit your name very well.

As for the promo you posted in the top post, I'll give you credit for ambiguity, but there's just no real need for it to be a community project. It's all do-able for one person. I think it's the lack of creativity in the story that is really turning people away from this. Look at the other community project in progress: SUPER!. (If that's the wrong link, someone correct me.) This one has an interesting plot, and will be revolutionary in that it would the first brickfilm to be done entirely with computer generated images. Your film doesn't have too many of these elements. If you can add some elements that will spur interest, then I think you might get some contributors.

BTW, how much did you bet with Hazzat?

You've been here four days. Take it from someone who's been here for four years and has already worked on two failed CPs... this is not going to work.

You're not the first new member to ask the community to do the work for you after you've come up with an idea too long and complex for you to produce yourself. I guarantee you that this thread will evolve in much the same way. No one will want to work with a newcomer like yourself on an uninspired idea for a film like this one, except for maybe a few Youtubers who will lose interest and disappear after a few weeks.

Post your script if you want, and if it's as awesome as you insist, perhaps I'll change my opinion, but I'm not expecting something on the level of The Hangover. Call me cynical... I say realistic. Both are true.

Then you understand the analogy to how you're coming off as, overly enthusiastic and not listening to reason.

Curb your enthusiasm and take a breather.  You can't just start a community project without the support of the community, especially if you've came up with the entire script without community input.  You already have the script written.  You've removed the majority of "community" from community project.  All that's left is the labor.  This works if you're a multi-billion-dollar producer/director/writer and the community is your film crew and actors.  There's a name for that: George Lucas.

You're no George Lucas, but this is certainly a Howard the Duck.

A community project means everyone who's taking part has input on a story and/or script and if there's enough support, it continues to be developed.  If there's little or no support, it withers and dies or at least put on hiatus to be resurrected later, but I digress.

Perhaps you should take some steps back and just start with your idea.

Meh, only a super wasted Ke$ha might go on a play-date with Bieber.
But on the com project, it would be nice for BiM to have at least 1 com project to be successful, but I'm sorry to say that you have to wait a while before people listen to you about things like this.
Pro tip: if you really, really, REALLY want to try and help organize a com project, pm Smeagol about it, and see if you can get the site to sponsor it. THAT would get attention.
