No. Try just moving the fig, not the weight.

why do you need to animate a guy shaking a wait?
Is that supposed to resemble one of those silly "shaky weights" that were on the commercials? That looked stupid. But your animation was good.
I was surprised those commercials made it through the censors...
anyway, I agree to not moving the figure. Just the dil- I mean weight.
First off, the hand wasn't going nearly fast enough for that. Secondly, if that's what you're going to do, you won't want a male minifig being the subject of the commercial.
Thirdly, get your brains out of the gutter guys.
I don't know if a female would be good either, just have a hand with the rest of the body off camera.
