A film called, Crime and Moustaches, a group of criminals would pull a heist, all would have mustaches (and ideal fedoras)
It is Movember, after all...
I had another idea for Crime and Moustaches, all the criminals could have moustaches and all the police could have moustaches and every other LEGO minifig could have the classic smile. After the heist and the chase that would ensue a cop or criminal could have one of those 'moving' speeches where they say that they are all the same, minifigs who have moustaches, and the cops and criminal would unite against the minifigs without moustaches.
Here are a few ideas:
1. Just in time for the holidays, Santa Claus, he only works by night, is immortal, and can fly. Clearly he is a vampire, maybe even the original vampire.
2. Bigfoot has just been discovered by a documentary film maker, this mockumentary that uncovers the finding of Bigfoot reveals that contrary to popular opinion, he was not hiding in the wild. He was actually posing as a hipster in Seattle (would also work in Portland, San Francisco, or Williamsburg) friends, acquaintances, lovers and band mates would be interviewed. Most would have thought the hair was ironic, his voice added a very animalistic and authentic nature his band.
3. The Tears of Mechagodzilla, I got this idea when I misread 'Terror' as 'Tears' on Netflix. When I posted this idea on my Facebook some people posted some great ideas like:
In which emo Mechagodzilla writes tear-stained poetry to Titanosaurus, who JUST DOESN'T UNDERSTAAAAAAND D:
he's all like, "BAAWWWWWWW!" and electric hellfire shoots from his nose and eyes. and then he uses the shinkansen as a kleenex.
(as always feel free to steal any of these ideas)
Maybe, in the one about moustaches some cops could mistake some of the robbers for cops, for they all look the same, and vise versa.
That is not how I would direct Crime and Moustaches, but feel free to steal the idea and make it your way.
Nah, I'd never steal an idea from anyone else. 
Every time you make a film it is derivate of some other idea someone else had, as I wrote here, original films do not exist, I post ideas in places like this hoping others will steal them. No one else would have quite the same take on an idea, I bet if you took one of the ideas posted in this thread and had three directors that had a semblance of a style the three films would be very different.

The whale that is a pirate ship is a pretty awesome idea, I keep kicking around ideas for it with my friends from time to time, it might like the ware-rock idea that I had which took a few years before it ended up being used in a project.
Although the The Tears of Mechagodzilla has some staying power, I think that could be pretty amazing.
How come you're able to come up with some awesome ideas? I'm terrible at it!
I had an idea while dreaming, and I thought it could be a funny thing to do, tell me what you think.
An army of monkeys coming from outer space attacks the earth with the help of lots of robots, and humans have lot of troubles on defence. Eventually the "outerspacers" conquer the earth, and the survivors (humans) become slaves. This should be the first half of the movie. When the supposed ape king comes to earth, humans notice that monkeys are too dumb to be able to conquer the earth and/or defeat humans. So, a group of "survivors" start a research inside their ships to find out who is the responsible of all this. The discover an A.I., that tells them the objective of this false invasion.
I actually dreamed all this. When I woke up, I noticed the story was a mix of "Planet of the apes", "The day the earth stood still", "out of time", "I, robot" and "Giant alien Bananas from outer space". So, what do you think?
That sounds so awesome, MP. You've mixed up a fair few kick-ass elements into that plot (aliens, monkeys, robots, outer space, ape-king, etc.)
PS: I love how you mentioned GABFOS there. 
Sloth, I love to see a transformation scene with a person becoming a were-rock. That would be awesome.
Monkeys and Outer Space, together AGAIN at last!
I had an idea where there's a guy with a curse on him. And whenever he comes near light it becomes dark. I also had an idea with another cursed dude can't go anywhere near food, based loosely off of the Greek myth of Tantalus.
You guys are free to take my idea, I don't have any monkey to make it. Contact me if you're interested, because I'd like to be part of it.

A girls grandmother dies leaving her a doll. The girl, soon after getting the doll, has a nightmare that she is forced to sign a pact with Satan. The girl gets strange visions and slowly becomes posessed by Satan. She has another nightmare, but this time Satan assigns her her first job, to kill her family. The parents were easy to murder, but the girls older sister suspects her satantic posession and won't go without a fight.
