I didn't see anything in the rules saying I could only enter once. If you can direct me to the post that does specify this, I will oblige. Otherwise...no. 
Here are the rules:
Three days to enter, since it's just a minifig
no decals, or custom minifigs may be used
Must be a lego, not CGI, or any other resource

That's a little nit-picky and desperate if you ask me.
Other people have submitted more than one minifig in previous themes.
actually, I have made an (bad) entry, so I maybe gonna post a pic tomorrow.
It's sad how this thread is kinda dying.
He submitted three entries, each were just a minifig. That didn't mean that you're not allowed multiple entries.
I'd enter but I can't think of anything.
I guess this isn't eligible.
