The Social Network
It was very well made, I think it ended really abruptly though, with essentially no climax.
Monty Python and the Holy Grail
That movie was hilarious. Did you like it?

Wall Street (1987)
Great movie, great acting.
The Social Network

The Week gave it an awesome review. Judging by that, it probably sucks.

A lot of stuff has given it good reviews, don't judge by just one magazine or newspaper idk.
Once Upon a Time in the West
High Plains Drifter
The Magnificent Seven
Alamo

Been on a western spree lately. All were enjoyable.
The Third Man
Excellent. Great writing and cinematography (loved the almost expressionistic lighting for the exterior shots). Orson Welles absolutely stole the show, as limited as his role was in total.
The Chronicles Of Riddick
Not bad, not bad at all. I watched this on Peachtree last night for the second time(watching it in my life). Not my favourite sci-fi film of all time, but daaaayammm, it's got a delicious story and idea, Sure, sometimes the action feels like I'm watching Batman Forever, but it doesn't last for long. The acting is pretty good, however Vin Diesel is hard to take seriously sometimes... but it's really is a great movie, but personally, I think Pitch Black is my favourite of the Chronicles of Riddick, really interesting idea and story, the creatures were designed well, and how they're nocturnal was a great idea. Okaaaay bye.
The Legend of The Gaurdians: The Owls of G'hoole
Technically wise, this is a very good movie. Story wise? Not so much. The story had a lot of flaws, but the technical qualities made up for it. I really enjoyed the fight scenes. With the claw armor.
On the side note, the movie theater let me keep the 3-D glasses! ![]()

My theater doesn't have any rules about keeping the glasses. I keep them anyways.
The Nightmare Before Christmas
I'm surprised I've come this far without seeing this movie. While the story was rather predictable, it was excellent technically. It reminded me why I enjoy great animation.

In England we have to buy the glasses, and then we get to use them again any time we want.
EDIT: Since I dont want to double post:
Hot Fuzz
I feel like I've watched this movie all over again. I dont get how I missed out all those jokes the first time I saw it. There are so many references and Clichés that I didn't notice the first time.
Oh, and the last 30 mins are the most awesome 30 mins in Action Cinema history. Basically, the whole movie is building up to the last 30 mins - only whilst such movies as 'The Expendables' are boring up until that part, the rest of the movie is still one of the most enjoyable movies I have ever experienced. The first time I watched it, I was still trying to absorb everything going on. Now that I have, I can get the little subtle stuff and appreciate the depth of the humour. If this is not the greatest Action/Comedy of all time, its at least in second place.
Although - my only complaint is that Angel never punched those two detectives in the face....

No, it's actually really great. It has smart dialogue and it's Fincher so of course it was great visually. Trent Reznor's score was pretty boss as well.
Christine
John Carpenter and Stephen King combined... frickin' awesome horror movie.
The Great Silence
Great Spaghetti Western, one of my favourites
(excluding Sergio Leone films)
Gunfight at the OK Corral
Good western, liked the music.
Mr. Majestyk
I loved it, great script written by Elmore Leonard. Charles Bronson is awesome.
Inglorious !@#$%^&*
"ZATS A BINGO!!!"
I really dont get why some people dont like this. Sure (although this is my first Tarantino movie, I've seen enough clips to recognise his trademarks) it has over-the-top gore (I'm pretty sure when a person gets shot that they dont have a fountain of blood bursting out of their chest - but I've never seen a person get shot....so what do I know) people suddenly shooting people, and it completely neglects history (but awesomely so)
But....that's what makes it so great. Its intense and suspenseful, yet it never takes itself too seriously. Its not trying to be historically accurate (hence the very advanced 1940's movie and the unfitting music) heck, its not even trying to be realistic. And yet that adds to the whole charm in a way I cant describe.
And the fact that most of the best scenes in the movie are mostly in another language is incredible.
I look forward to seeing more of Tarantino's work ASAP
^ I recommend starting from the beginning. Tarantino has a nice progression.
