The voice could have been better, some balancing was needed, but the composition of stop-motion and cgi was convincing. I had to give it a closer look to realize those were physical figs.
Your frame rate was a bit low, try to speed it up, or make smaller increments.

Which scene in particular you mean?
I was talking about the stop motion scenes.
The CGI was fantastic, as well as the keying and lighting. The only thing that really bothered us was the fact that the robot movement was very choppy, and its laser also seemed quite cheesy. Other than that though, it was a masterpiece!

The problem by the walker was the engage of the articulated joint .. but nevertheless you are right it could be smoother! I will try .. next time 
I was inspired by the laser of the shadow ships that appears in the science fiction series Babylon 5.
