If you're animating at 24fps you need to slow your movements down, it looked like you had just sped up a 15fps animation- also watch out for set bumps and light flicker, these contributed to the perceived joltiness.

Not that spectacular but pretty good seeing how hard it is to animate at 24 fps.

Nice job, but you know whats really hard to animate at is 30 fps
