Vik, based on your age, you should be getting more like 10 hours of sleep a night (at LEAST 10 hours is what I believe the article said). Add that to the ADD, and you are really not getting enough sleep at 5 -7 hours a night. Since you are so active, your body denies the fact that it is tired (doesn't feel tired) until you slow down. Then, wham! It says, "Hey, I need sleep!" and you fall asleep. If you try to go to bed earlier and get as close to 10 hours as you can, your unwanted naps will probably stop.

I don't have ADHD, they're physically hyperactive, I have ADD, wich actually means I'm not physically hyperactive at all, but I'm hyperactive mentally.
Thanks for the help, I don't have time to sleep 10 hours but I can try and sleep more.
