I actually wanted to add a subheading like "Dane Cook gets served to a Cannibal by a Waiter in an Italian Restaurant", but thought that would take away the surprising moment a bit 
there was really no point to this was there?

As stated in the credits, the song is "Habanera", I found it on incompetech.com.
It was good, the animation was good, and I like how you had people in the background moving too. Good cinematography and lighting really added to it. Nothing was exceptional, but it was very good overall. Also, the mouth animation was very good. A few set bumps, or faulty frames of animation were hardly noticed in this short.
All in all, a 4/5
