It's 3 days ago since last post except for yours. That's not a bump.

This isn't for GABFOS by the way, just a short I've almost finished.

Re: Frame from Your Upcoming Film

Looks awesome. Is that real grass?

Re: Frame from Your Upcoming Film

Yeah. The whole thing was filmed in my real backyard. mini/wink

Re: Frame from Your Upcoming Film

How did you even do a walk cycle?

Re: Frame from Your Upcoming Film

Haha, I tried to incorporate as little walking as possible. My explorers did do a little walking, though, so I put a baseplate beneath the frame and did it as usual.
I still managed to stuff it up, though. lol.

Re: Frame from Your Upcoming Film

Can't wait 'till it comes out, it looks awesome. But how did you secure the baseplate?

It just got onto YouTube then, actually.

I secured the baseplates with rocks... and by being really careful. mini/tongue

Dang! That footage came out pretty good. You couldn't pay me to try something like that.

We used the "Light Rays" filter from Vegas Movie Studio HD Platinum 10.0.

Thanks!  We have been working very hard on improving certain aspects of our animations, such as cinematography, lighting, animation, and visual effects (especially in this upcoming film).

Re: Frame from Your Upcoming Film

Very nice BuilderBrothers.  With your CGI skills and your learning better animation techniques and all that stuff you mentioned, I think you'll make films that will one day be classics (not joking).

Here's a shot from my upcoming brickfilm fight with Bricklord.  I had a hard time erasing my rig to hold him up without getting rid of his shadow.  I'm pleased with the outcome though.

Sorry about it being so large but it looks better that way.

Thank you.  I don't think it will be too awesome of a film in the end because I spent a whole week working on my subway train and building the tunnel and stuff that I only have a week before the deadline with Bricklord.  School starts Monday!  I just have to keep telling myself, "I can do dis".  You made a decent film in about a week, right?  That means it's possible.
