i liked the run away - but the zombie walked too.. normaly.
I think the zombie should have a gimpy leg. 
I totally agree with the everyone else. The run away was great, zombie was good, smooth animation and all, but could have looked more....errr... dead?
I would say instead of making his walk be more strained, or gimpy, I would suggest that you make him sway and wobble a bit as he walks. Maybe have 1 foot dragging behind.
I liked it...But you could have made the zombie walk more unique.
