No, No, No. You upload to a video site such as YouTube, and then give a link in this forum. So the review panel won't have to watch Animation Challenge entries all the time.
So, on youtube, you upload it, then say like "heres my entry" and give the youtube link?

I think so, hehe.
Here is my Animation Challenge Entry: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QTD5Lv3UcT0
What I wrote on Youtube:
Uhh... I don't know... animation was okay, the voices weren't the greatest, and we didn't even get to see the "Hamming Up" part. Plus, I recommend to try not to whisper-shout. Yell if you can, because it sounds bad. But the quality and animation were guite good. Sorry if I sound harsh. Keep up the good work.
i think i'm going to enter this. i have lots of spare time cause i haven't started filming the 3 P.I.G.s yet( i haven't finished writing it) so yeah.

So much potential, but the movements he did were pretty realistic. To ham it up, he should have been flying around the place, bouncing, jumping, wriggling uncontrollably.

Again, it's just not big or cartoony enough. I wanna see backflips, crazy dodges and light speed.

Hazzat's going to win. I t's VERY obvious.
Can I enter a short film that was not originally made for the challenge?
