Topic: 15 FPS fast!

In windows movie maker, our tools let us change the picture duration to about 10 fps, how can we make it 15 fps without cropping each individual picture?

Re: 15 FPS fast!

You can save your video at 8FPS, then import it in WMM again and double the speed. A better alternative would be to do the frames-to-video conversion with other software.

Re: 15 FPS fast!

How do you double the speed?

Re: 15 FPS fast!

Apparently there's a video effect named "Speed Up, Double".

Re: 15 FPS fast!

Yes what BertL said but Monkey-jam and other programs are much better.

Re: 15 FPS fast!

if I where you, i would not use WMM at all, it is horrible for animation. I would use Monkey jam or Helium Frog, those are free animation programs and they work much better.
However if you have to use WMM for some strange reason mini/tongue you should export your clip, then reimport it and add an effect WMM has called "Speed up Double" this should help you get a faster rate, but it will still look clunky.
I would go with Helium Frog or monkey jam as I said before.

But If you want to do mouth animation, movie maker is a free way, but still sucks

Re: 15 FPS fast!

You use... WMM FOR ANIMATING?! mini/eek [insert horror movie music here.]

Get monkeyjam. Download it here.

Re: 15 FPS fast!

Here use the program I use...
The file is huge when you export though, I run it through WLMM to compress it.
