I did this using After Effects. Any comments, questions, or recommendations are appreciated. My microphone is broken so I couldn't sync this to any audio, but he may be saying "Sure", I really don't know. Therefore, Microphone recommendations under 30 dollars are appreciated as well.

Okay, that should fix it.
I downloaded it. That's really cool Real Brick. But maybe you could get a Youtube? It would make watching your videos easier.
(And plus, if that's a test, I would love to see some solid projects because that was really good!) 
Looks pretty good for a test. Animation was a bit slow, but other than that, it looked good.
Anyways, did you just manually animate it with the mask tool in after effects, or...?
I used the mask tool.
When will people stop telling me to get a Youtube?
I said I will get one as soon as I produce a movie.
The animation was pretty choppy, but the actual mouth animation was good. It looked like he was saying "yo". 
And I know how you feel about people asking you to get a YouTube. That happened to me a lot before I got one.

I really don't know. I was actually trying to keep the minifigure still while animating, so the animation could have been better. I will make sure to find a better set of legs next time Just Kidden.
Youtube makes it far easier for your work to bee seen and critiqued by people. You don't need a full film to create a Youtube account.

You do know you can make video Unlisted, this means you can upload them and only people with the Url can see them. So your account won't seem cluttered.

I know, this was more for my ability to animate a mouth, I do know how to rotoscope however.
