Re: What was the last movie you watched?

Scarface
Brilliant.

I also watched the last half of "The Narrow Margin" (1952) on TV last night. It was awesome. There was something about this film that I really liked.

Re: What was the last movie you watched?

Across the Universe

I really enjoyed this film. The acting, the smoking, the songs, the whole feel of it. (especially 'I am the Walrus' mini/sunnies)

Re: What was the last movie you watched?

Alien Vs. Predator

I watched this last night, I, really liked it, because "FX has the movies!"
I liked how they showed the behind the scenes things.
And I, really loved the Predators!
All in all, I give about...

Re: What was the last movie you watched?

Pirates of teh carribean 3!
great movie, like all bruckheimer films!

Re: What was the last movie you watched?

You watched that on Sci-Fy didn't you?
Last night....

Re: What was the last movie you watched?

The Last Airbender

Well, that was absolutely atrocious. Worst film I've seen since Transformers 2.

Apollo 13

I needed a pick-me-up after TLA, and this certainly did the job. It's been a while since I last saw this, but I'm still amazed at how Ron Howard manages to maintain a constant level of compelling drama and tension in such a small, claustrophobic setting.

Re: What was the last movie you watched?

Toy Story 3
Oh my god. This was amazing.

Planet Terror
Awesome. Loved it. I couldn't figure out how she was shooting that gun, but whatever. This film was fun. It was nice seeing more of a backstory for Earl McGraw, too. Didn't much like it when the kid shot himself by accident] though, but oh well.

Re: What was the last movie you watched?

The premiere of the First Matrix movie in the  90s..
J/k ninja (2009)

Re: What was the last movie you watched?

I couldn't figure out how she was shooting that gun, but whatever.

It was powered 'bio-chemically'. So it was powered by her own body. That's what I read a while back.

Anyways,

Poltergeist
That clown will give me nightmares.

The Thing
FANTASTIC.

The Exorcist
That movie was so disturbing but entertaining.

Army of Darkness
AWESOME.

Re: What was the last movie you watched?

^ Love Army of Darkness.

The last movie I watched was DIRTY ROTTEN SCOUNDRELS, which is a comedy classic.

Planning on re-visiting PARIS, JE T'AIME tonight.

Re: What was the last movie you watched?

Fanboys

Hilariously awesome! Some cheap effects, but still fun to see how far some fans will go(would probably do the same).

I'm BACK! mini/bigsmile

Re: What was the last movie you watched?

We might go to see Toy Story 3, any feedback on it, other than real brick. (Who makes us really want to see it, thanks real brick!)

Re: What was the last movie you watched?

@JP Toy Story 3 is fantastic. I wouldn't go as far as saying that it's the best of the trilogy, which many others would, but that's like comparing three strips of bacon. They're all good. mini/smile

Re: What was the last movie you watched?

Toy Story is still my favourite, but 3 was amazing.

Anyway, when I saw Toy Story 3, a movie called Marma Duke or something like that was previewed. Holy mother of god, I can't, I can't even express my dismay, it looks so bad, I just, oh man. So bad.

Re: What was the last movie you watched?

With my TS3 showing they showed that trailer TWICE...

Re: What was the last movie you watched?

Twilight (2008)

I WAS BORED OK???
It wasn't horrible at all, but creepy (weird creepy) and awkward at times...
Sometimes the chemistry between Bella and Edward was good in scenes, or it was either creepy awkward, I don't see how the movie can see the line "I like to watch you while you sleep" as something romantic...
The director was good enough to take HER time in establishing the relationship between Bella and Edward and in the meantime have the evil vampires story. The movie is for the rest a decent chickflick, although I'll never approove some of the changed vampire rules... yeah the glittering face was just gay.
The acting is decent from all actors, I'm glad to see taylor lautner with a shirt on...
After seeing this I'm not sure if I should see New Moon...

The Last House on the Left
It was such a great film, I was scared until the end.

Friday the 13th
It was really predictable for me.
