I see what you where aiming for, but I don't think it turned out that great. The pirate in reality would walk similar to a normal minifig, but maybe just when he tries to stand on the wood leg there would be a couple less frames which would give the impression that the leg isn't real, which is true in this test.
Yea, I tried that, but it looked bad. Offtopic: Nice sig!
next time move the arms side to side.make it have more life in it
