well, to aid Kinzcove, here is a rule we could add.
-You must use Lego or Lego compatible products in your entry.
Must be a lego, not CGI, or any other resource
So sorry Kinzcove.
Although, if I were to offer my opinion, it shouldn't be that strict. After all, you might still use that in a brickfilm. If you wanted the full effect of something and could only achieve it in your animation through tape or tack, you probably wouldn't hesitate to do it.
Then why not mine... what makes Blue Tac more special than tape?
I seriously think it is unfair that your letting Lil'jj go by and not me. Tape and Blue Tac should both be fine.
