The focus on the camera isn't very good, and the lighting is flickering, but the animation is actually very good. Just practice Ease in and Ease out, and fix the focus. 
Yeah it's the Life-Cam 5000-X so it won't let me focus but i'm hopefully getting a new webcam in the next month or so.
It's really good, but the head turn should probably have a little bit of waiting before he turns the other way.
I thought it moved a little fast.
