Well like I said it's been a lllllloooooonnnnngggggg time since i've done this.
Not bad, really. I think I'm your only friend on Utube.

Lucky. No one ever calls me that, even when I ask them to. 
Just a couple of things...
I think your arm swing goes a bit to high, try to make smaller movements next time.
Try to keep your minifig straight when you are setting up each frame, otherwise it looks like your minifig is headbanging while he is walking (It makes your walk cycle a lot more natural once this is fixed up)

Hmm, it was quite good considering its been a while. I think you should take some more pictures, so it looks smooth.

And I know what I need to fix but didn't wanna redo it again.
I'm gonna do another in a little while if I get the will to do it!

It was better, he didn't shake as much. You definately need to focus the picture more, but it was definately an improvement. Well done
It's not the focus it's that I have a suckish webcam.

Yeah. My webcam's doing that a bit to, and it is annoying 
.
As I said though, the animation was good, and I think it is better to have something with a slightly blury picture and smooth animation than to have something which is good quality but really jerky. 
It's pretty good.

And I used a 4 frame walk cycle in that.
After watching mybrother walk back and forth I figured a good steady motion for when you just walk normally.
Welp I Revised my Walking Cycle with some sound.
