What keeps happenning to my posts in this thread? I've made like 3 and they've all disappeared each time
Maybe they got Moded.

OMG IT'S DARTH BOCAJ!
Seriously, where have you been?
It isn't, than what Genre what it be in?
Platformer.
This thread shouldn't be falling.
Anyway, Spiderman 2 - The Game is awesome. It's a really fun game for a movie game. Anyone else got it? I got mine for £3 in CEX (Computer exchange, not the joke that every one makes) which is such an awesome deal. My bro also got a new PS2 recently, and we kept our games, so some fun should be coming soon.
Does anyone here have Darksiders? If so, how's the game? It looks awesome and I'm thinking of buying it.

Hehe, if you want some laughs, check out the demo for the PC version. Talk about a joke.
Link please?
Speaking of which, has anyone played this game? Say all you want about games based on movies being crap, this is a great game.
So is Spiderman 2.
Eh, sorry Duke, I can't seem to find a working link. If you watch any Youtube video of it you'll get the idea pretty fast. It wasn't anything like the console versions. Quite stripped down, really short, very boring overall. Didn't even have the webswinging mechanics. It was really a bit of a rip-off on Activision's part, but I think they were doing that a lot with PC ports back then.
I can't wait for Earthworm Jim HD.

Life's been busy, my friend. I've still been here, but I've just been lurking in the shadows... :P
Anyway, I've never heard of Earthworm Jim, but I'm not a big fan of most 2d sidescrollers.
Also, link to Spiderman 2 PC demo: http://pcgames.gwn.com/downloads/file.p

Been playing Red Dead Redemption recently... This is without doubt the best game I have ever played. I would love to ride the open plains with all y'all. Spudster45 be the gamer tag.

GASP
2D Platformers/Side-scrollers are the BOMB, and you knows it! They are the best game genre ever thought of! ![]()
There are a few good ones... But in my opinion 2d side-scrollers and platformers have too many bottomless pits to fall into :P I hate that about any game. It's so frustrating to see your character fall into a bottomless pit and die. The perfect game IMO, is one without falling damage =D
I would buy red dead redemption if it came out on PC. /: It's too bad they haven't made a port yet. That's another thing I hate: when awesome console games are made and aren't ported to the PC. It bugs me...

That's the one thing I dislike about Nintendo; they don't have ANY of their best games available for computers, probably because they've also got a console to sell. But some of their games don't work on the Wii, and those I would love to see ported to computers. That, or legalize the emulation of older, unsupported games.
Or do it anyways... C'mon, you know you want to. ![]()
If you've got a copy of the game, and have already bought the console it plays on, it shouldn't be a problem.
A few months ago, there was an article in the New York Times about pirating media you've already bought the physical copy for, I can't remember exactly what the subject matter was about, but in summary, it said that it was okay, as long as it was only for private use and only one of them is being used at one time, yada, yada, etc. I've got to find a link to that article now.

I've been playing batman, and damn, it is such a good game. The stealth parts are just so much fun. I just played one of my favourite parts in a videogame ever, totally mindfiddlingly awesome.
The scarecrow scene where it freezes and the starts tearing made me jump off the couch and onto my knees, hoping my playstation hadn't snuffed it. Just awesome.
