Re: Café Corner

Great. My animation has once again (for the hundredth time it seems) turned into complete and utter crap. mini/frustrated  Just my luck. A simple walk cycle turned impossible, the animation was jerky as can be, the movements were off and all too fast, and there was no resemblance of a ease in/out whatsoever. It seems that if I don't animate every single day after my animation gets good, I completely lose it and it goes back to it's terrible form of crap. Does anyone have any solution to my problem besides making at least 5 test before I film or animating every single day, because I don't have time for that?

Yeah, I deleted it, as I considered and thought of a few ways it could be taken that I didn't intend. Basically I was just saying Robin is a chick.

Re: Café Corner

The '89 Tim Burton Batman film had a great score, but it's not the batman theme by any means though. That title has to be given to the original campy tv show. If you ask anyone to sing the batman theme, they will always go for the old 60's one, no one will start humming the intro music to any of the films.

Batmans smarter, but superman doesn't need brains. "What's that? A giant gorilla? psh yeah, no worries. I'll just zap him with my laser eyes"

Re: Café Corner

Exactly, that's why Batman is the real hero. He takes a lot of risks and must think of smart ways to defeat his enemies and risk his life etc.

Is this for CGI? I'd try taking some videos of yourself walking across the room, and use that as a reference. Also, if you're constantly getting frustrated, I'd take a short break, like 30 minutes, and go take a walk, get a cold glass of water; something refreshing or something that takes your mind off of things. I find that, when I get frustrated or my perfectionism begins rearing it's ugly head, doing that usually solves the problem. It doesn't make my animation look any better, but it helps clear my head so I can find exactly what is wrong with my animation.

Hey guys, I am not going to be continuing with the community any longer. I have gotten a real opportunity to make a real game with a great bunch of guys and it's something I will not shy away from. It's my life's calling and I have finally found it, and it's not among the bricks. Over the course of the last few weeks, my interest in brickfilming has pretty much diminished. I am no longer entertained by the films you guys make, and it does sadden me so. I will not be continuing with development of Brickfilms, the programmer for the site has not responded in a few months and I can no longer sit around and wait. I will try to contact Taab about someone else replacing my position for the development. I think I'm just growing up at this point and I just wanted to stop by and say that it's been a real fun 4 years with you guys; everyone new and old. I wish you all good luck for your futures and your hobby.

wow, I will miss you. I hope my turn won't come soon. mini/sad

You can do anything, just have fun while doing it.

No, this is for real animation. (Well, probably my CGI also, because the timing would be off) I still think your ideas would work nicely though. Thanks.

The title tells me to tell you that this should have been a Cafe Corner post, not an entire thread.

I am cool, and don't use a phone, thus I have never been exposed to the train wreck of English grammar and spelling that is texting.
