Okay, results:

Runner-Up: Kinzcove.
      It was good, but not great. The bandanna really bothered me because it covered so much of his face, and when I think of Cowboys I don't think of repeaters and rifles, I think of revolvers and double-barreled shotguns! (Not to mention Mexico is South-Western, which, is slightly different from 'Western')

3rd:Peanut
   The idea of it is great. The pose is spectacular, and I like the horse's position. Overall, though, it's too cheery. Late 1800's/Early 1900's were hard times. Most people had to resort to a life of crime, and, I don't think this portrays the Western theme very well.

2nd: BuilderBrothers:
    Finally an ascot! I love the details, but, the comedic feel doesn't really capture the Western feeling again for me. I like the design, I really do, although it may just be a bit over the top comically-wise.

1st: Vegas!
   I love the man in the middle. This, to me, is what I think about when I hear 'Western'. A conniving old man trying to scam people, and has to resort to madness! The side figures are great also, and the revolvers really suit it. Great job!

Alright..........


In third place we have skwizitanee

I like the concept and the clown is quite funny. but the scientist is where it goes down hill, it doesn't look mad to me, it just goofy. When I think mad scientist I think evil and destructive and he just doesn't fit the bill.

In second we have MOL 

I love the photography here, and the effect is spectacular. I love the figs head, it fits the mad scientist look great!

In First we have The Frozen Brick

This is exactly what I think when I hear MAD SCIENTIST!!! A severed head being cared by a drone. Beautiful!

Please use something original not an already made minifig with just a couple of different things attached.

EDIT:It's basicly the clown without one of it's arms.

Look, Mr. Skwitziwatazawhateveryournameis, Photoshop is just a term for manipulate the image. If you GIMP an image it doesn't sound too nice, does it?
