Well you need to use a higher framerate, put a swing on the arms and have some lamps so you don't get as much light flicker.
I agree with Chuppa,you need to swing the arms a bit. Apart from that, I thought it was quite good. 
The feet moved very well, just like they said, light flicker, and Arm movement! :-)
