I am not saying it is legal, but I am saying it would be very hard to prosecute you for it. If you aren't distributing and it is shown on a channel you can lawfully view. I see no problem in watching it on your PC. If they wanted to prosecute me they'd have to charge everyone in the UK that every recorded a program on Sky/Virgin + and on VHS tape, because there is no difference. I only watch, then delete, I don't distribute.

(I pay my TV license and Sky Subscription, so I see no problem me downloading it and watching it early. I don't seed so I am not distributing. I think it is perfectly acceptable to download TV Shows for personal viewing)
Unless your service provider cooperates with studios in checking illegal downloading activities and threaten to cut off your service.
Big Brother is watching.

My friend got an article from T.V. Guide that the producers Carl, and Damon listed the Top Ten Episodes to watch before the Season Premiere:

Tonights Season Premiere.
Reaction highlights as I was watching:
-Hmm...Asian guy...Miles?
-(as the Asian Guy started walking in the Dharma town) Wait, it's got to be that guy from the Orientation video! YES!
-So Faraday time traveld back?
-Hey, it's the drug plane.
-Oh my god, it's Ethan!
-Sun still taking Oceanic, psh.
-Dishwashers can be dangerous...but who the hell puts the blade ends up?
-"What is it?" "It's a compass." "What's it do?" "It points North" lol
- Charlotte's nose bleeding...like Minkowski with the time jumping symptom?
-Oh yeah, Lapidus, whatever happened to him...
-Ana Lucia? ANA LUCIA? ANA LUCIA! Oh right, it's a ghost.
-I'm thinking...Sun just called Kate?
-Caviar sandwich? Seriously?
-"We need a doctor." Well there's an obvious answer.

I'm surprised this Neil character didn't show up in earlier seasons. What a whiner.
He did appear in one or two of the "LOST: Missing Pieces" online clips they made between seasons 3 and 4. So it was fun to see him again, he had a great death scene.
Wow. Just wow. Some great episodes. BTW, for those you don't know, that lady at the end is "ring-selling lady", who Desmond encountered in his "flashback time-travel" thing. Gotta be Faraday's mom, without a doubt.
Yeah I thought it was faradays mum before she turned around.
I'm kinda disappointed with the time-travel direction they're going with the series. I always knew time-travel was part of the LOST series, but I never thought it would get this ridiculous. LOST was better when it was about the smoke monster and The Others.
I wish Neil had stuck around longer. He probably would've been hated by almost everyone, but I think he would've made an interesting character. His death was pretty awesome though. And what was with those fire arrows?
The action scene between Sayid and the other dudes was pretty awesome.
I liked it, but I think the remaining season will be better than this episode. It wasn't as good as some of the other premieres.
It was pretty meh.
The time changeing is kinda dull to me.
and some parts were really predictable like it was sun that called kate or Lock saving James and julliet.
the only thing I liked about the premiere is Hugo back with his hilarius dialogues and trowing a borito (or some fat things american people eat)
