Yeah, same here,I don't think Sky are showing both.
I thought the premier was rad, but then maybe I'm just a little Lost-starved.
I found this page,it explains alot.

Is it just me or did the woman at the end of the premier remind you of M from the new James Bond films?
That was motherfarking boss hog. So LOCKE was the one who caused Richard Alpert to show up and 'test' him later on. And of course the bit where he turned to a young Widmore was whacked-out.
Also, poor Faraday. Everyone coming unstuck at him and whatnot.
Awesome episode. My TV's picture was ass, though; I really want to watch it again in better quality online.

Thoughts while watching:
-For 3 years, Desmond's kid looks more like 4.
-Another 2 dead. What's the body count now?
-Wonder who actually planted those bombs.
-Just saw a whitehaired woman while Desmond was walking on campus, was that Mother Faraday?
-Hmm, noticed they kept the scientist and the Oceanic survivors separate.
-Theresa must be the first time trav--WIDMORE!?
-"You think he knows this island better than I do?" Yes.
-*at the site of the bomb* Holy sh--.
-Looks like whoever predicted that the elderly church woman is Daniel's mo--WIDMORE! YOUNG CHARLES WIDMORE!?
-Charlie? The kid is named Charlie? Awww .
-It all comes full circle.
BTW, watched on HDTV .

Oh yeah, I forgot that, that was touching.

Argh.
Two things that were revealed was:
1.) whose side Widmore was on
2.) why the room in the Swan Hatch had been surrounded by concrete
That was WIDMORE?! Woah! I totally wasn't expecting that at all!
That's nice that Desmond named his son Charlie.
Everyone knows that the white haired woman Faraday's mother already. its just so obvious.
"Their leader is some sodding old man. What, you think he can track me? You think he knows this island better than I do?"
That was the BEST line of that episode. Locke is awesome.
I can't wait for next weeks episode!

Well,I can't wait for this episode,it seems to explain some things...
-Charlie? The kid is named Charlie? Awww .
Now there's a new theory about this involving a time paradox: the theory is that Desmond IS Charlie Pace's father. At some point later in the show Desmond could go back in time on the island, he and Penny die and become "Adam and Eve" from the cave, and Charlie is brought back to the UK and adopted. This would be in keeping with the episode last season where Desmond is worried about saving Charlie, in which the story of Abraham sacrificing his son Isaac is used was a parallel to Desmond/Charlie. So in effect Desmond names his son Charlie after his friend who died, but who was really the same person.
Alternatively, Desmond and Penny's son may be Charles Widmore himself. This could explain Charles Widmore's living on the island in his youth, and Ben's statement "I can't kill you, so I'm going to kill your daughter."
I think both are certainly possible, though I wouldn't swear by this.
Also, I theorize that in the alternate timeline now created on the island, it's possible Jughead will be detonated at some point near the end of the show, prior to the time that Ben originally turned the wheel, wiping out the island. This would explain why it disappears - it doesn't exist at that time anymore.
Sméagol - interesting ideas, but I hope they aren't what happens. They are just too out there for my liking and would take it too far.
The only prediction I'd say was a possible is that those two 'lawyers' that turned up at Kate's house were fake, sent by Ben to scare Kate enough so she would have no option but to want to go back to the island. It would be a good way to manipulate her into doing what Ben wants.

I agree that making Desmond's baby a previously established character would be pretty over the top, though I think the show has moved in that direction. The theories aren't just mine, there is a website devoted to a "time loop theory" that was devised at the end of Season 3 and has only been supported by seasons 4 and 5 which explains a lot of the mysteries (and has successfully predicted some things) and something like this with Desmond's baby would make sense with the theory. I really wouldn't be surprised though if one of the couples on the show ends up being the "adam and eve" discovered early in the first season.
Sméagol, the idea of charlie being desmond's son is interesting...but I have a theory about what happened to the bomb.
The Dharma initiative found jughead and built the hatch around it.The "push the button"stuff may be connected to the bomb.Since the swan station was vvery well fortified, what with the blast doors and thick, concrete walls, and HAZMAT suits, they may all be connected to the radiaton leak.
What's with the idea that Daniel caused the Incident by attempting to reach the pocket of exotic matter?
On a side note, I'm surprised that Latin is the language that the Others speak; I would have thought Sanskrit to be the more obvious choice.
-Life is like a box of chocolate, you never know--holy crap, that's a gun.
-James, go away. LOL
-Kate's address? Trap? Trap.
-Ah man, not Miles.
-Hey, they jumped back to season 1 ("Deus Ex Machina" and "Do No Harm" )
-Looks like they went into a future beach camp.
-"Thank you, lord!...I take that back!" ahahaha
-I sort of suspected Claire's mother would make an appearance given the "previously on LOST" part.
-Linus, you son of b!tch.
-Juliet too?
-French woman's time!
-JIN! IT'S JIN! OMG IT'S JIN!
-Wow, Kate's good (at guessing).
-Uh oh...Sun, not now.
-Rousseau, knew it.
Aside from Jin and the revelation that Ben was manipulating Kate, the rest of the episode was generally predictable.
