KastleVania 4 -project started in summer 2005 - now (2010) we've finished the animating and we've got 110200 pictures!
About 60% of pictures is now post-processed and still a great amount of work is needed until this over 120 minutes long movie will be ready...

We are a bit crazy about animating, and as I said in the first post, we have made this already 5 years!
It will be something 110-140 minutes long, not yet 100% sure about that. But over 90% of footage is fully stop-motion-animation so you can understand the amount of work needed for KastleVania 4.
Wow 5 years work...
No wonder its gonna be 2 hours long, can't wait until its released.

Well, it has certainly been a long time coming. I had wondered what had happened to the Hovinet team, seeing as you have been pretty quiet lately.

We have been quiet for long and the reason is now known to you.
Currently we have those 110200 photos of which already 90 minutes RAW-video is made (rest is waiting) and many, many things to do still...
This project is made by two guys, me and my brother (aged 28 and 20) and we have job and college to do, so we can't do KastleVania full-time.
I'm not telling any deadline for this project, but hope that I'll get it edited before 2020

No, as I remember. There was a 3 hour brickfilm made a while back.
