People look for "Lego Movies" not "Brickfilms." They only find films by Forrestfire101, and, they don't know any better, they think that he's the only one out there. They don't notice that smeagol even exists.......... You might also notice that Forrestfire101 deletes any negative comments on his channel. People see a film made by him and go "He's good, ha invented a thing called stop-action lulz!1!!." They see smeagol, or pegonimation and go "He stole Forrestife101's idea! He sucks!1111!1!!!111!" The masses don't know what quality is. They think that for some reason it's better when it looks like "I........Made......A.....Poop....." as far as framerate, or they like "Imadepoop." But they never like "This is a very good story, with more than satisfactory animation, and effects."
You see, it's all about how much you shut off the outside world. Make it look like you invented stop motion, and it don't matter how good it is. Tell the truth, they hate it, because it makes your films look less special. ForrestFire101 is popular for the same reasons as windows, he made it look like he was the only one out there. It worked.
