Dudes, I'm totally entering this
But what's the difference between a spin heel kick, and a normal kick?
in the spin heel kick, the person jumps in the air and spins before releasing a momentus kick.
Like the butterfly twist?
This is a spin heel kick. The first kick was actually a 360 spin heel, but the last ones are spin heels. I'm afraid that your kick didn't really resemble a spin heel, Ark11, but it was a good try. Keep trying.
