Can you control manual focus with the remote?
I meant can the remote control the manual focus. If you manually adjust the manual focus you can bump the camera.
You can just use your photographic memory, can't you? Just be sure to take the lens-cap of before you use it though! 
Srry, I have know idea about cameras, but I wouldn't use this...
What about it? Are you saying it's cheaper? Because that one I posted came with the 50D And accessories.

I'm tossing up between a 7D and 550D right now. I don't know about the lens, but the SMP website suggests that you should use a manual lens when shooting stop motion.
Thanks for the reply. That is a manual lens that comes in the bundle.
