Here's how I think it could work:

People post scripts in this thread or PM/email you, like:

Then you see their post/PM/email, and edit first post of this thread, where you put it into a list of available scripts, links to the script, all that kinda info:

Then people can send the writer a PM, the writer decides whether that person is good enough or something, then the writer or the person receiving the script notifies you, (whether it be by PMs, emails, or posts on this thread), telling you that the script's been taken, so you can take it off the first post.

Just do something like that. Easy.

I'm afraid that I must agree with Dani. If you just get mardy again, then I think a mod should close this thread and let someone else take it over, because this is too good an idea to just drop as it would benefit the brickfilming community a lot.
