In the related videos part on YouTube, "Featured Videos" aren't actually featured on YouTube, it's more of a "popular related video" thing. I think.

I think they've also got ads added onto them. My film Title is Irrelevant is considered a "Featured Video", but I'm not a partner, it's never been featured on YouTube, and it doesn't have a lot of views, either.
