I applied for Partnership on the 26th. I never recieved an e-mail, so I checked the Partner page on YouTube, and it says "Sorry, you'll have to wait two months until you can re-apply". I assume I didn't get in, which is odd, seeing as I have 700,000 views and 1,665 subscribers.

If you have enough views that doesn't mean you automatically get partnership, ya know.

That's the new qualification. Before, it was just over 1,500 views on most videos you have.
There is no single qualification. If there was, it would be entirely automated.
