Either - whatever suits you best.
Great!
Ok i have a question. when i use the stop-motion capture feature in adobe premiere elements 8, and a qcp9000, i can't seem to figure out a way to shoot in 1280x720 resolution. i know the max resolution is 1600x1200, so that resolution i mentioned earlier must be possible to achieve. any help?
Just because the camera can shoot in 1600x1200 doesn't mean that the software can. I'm not familiar with the software in question, but I know certain capture programs can't handle the QCP9k's full resolution. APE8 might be one of them.
SMP4 works with that, but that's an expensive program.

You have to set your project to the right dimensions. That means starting the program and clicking the Settings button and twiddling around a bit instead of starting/opening a project.
I don't know why but my camera just lost its quality, can anybody tell me why and how i can fix it?
I've tried returning it to the default setting but the quality is still bad, i also tried changing it to HD and every other setting but the quality is still low
EDIT: Doesn't matter i found out why

I just found out something weird. The QCP9K settings will go up to 3264x2448 (8MP). I thought it would only go up to 1600x1200 (2MP)?
What the fugue?
Can we see a picture ![]()
That is most certainly through interpolation which is basically stretching the picture. You are gaining no more visible detail.

Look in my Sith Tradition WIP thread. The last picture was taken with 3264x2448.

I'm thinking that in the Logitech quick capture software, there is an asterisk beside all the dimensions about 1600x1200 because they are all extrapolated to be that size, not really because they are higher resolution. The only reason you'd want images for video higher than 1600x1200 was if you wanted to do an HD animation in 1080p (1920x1080). You can still make 720p HD from 1600x1200 no problem.
I ordered the LQP 9K today!!! I have it Tuesday! YEAH!
Nice, but who are you? ![]()
