Anyways, it's pretty good, the face looks kind of not like-a-boss-ish to me though.
You could give him an Idiana Backpack.

Hi guys! I've made some more figs for my Makorosi (a planetary army of Galactic Marines, not Star Wars) so I'll post some pics of them soon. One is a kind of soldier and the other one could be a pilot or a flamethrower dude. I need some help deciding what to make them.

For my new Brickfilm. Which doesn't have a name yet. 
Both seems fine, But something is.. Well odd, on the second one:
Firstly, Brown beard, black haircut? I would suggest switching it out, with brown hair.
This is just if you haven't noticed, but some of the white-expanse Seems to be off in the right cornor. 
Also, The colours.
The colours seems over-exposed, try to do the exposing with lamps, instead of a software.
