Sure thing, roRyL, as that would fall under the category of the variant of S, 5.
Do we interpret unexpected as the characters do unexpected things or an unexpected twist in the plot? I hope this is making sense. As in does the audience have to see something unexpected or do the characters have to. Does it matter?
A good question, but the theme is entirely up to you, and either of the interpretations you provided seems perfectly acceptable to me. Cheers.

As long as the titles are digital, no.
If you're being clever and actually writing them on paper and putting them on the set, then yes.
