Just out of interest: do minfigs also count for the mod element? That means, if a figure has a yellow face and a black torso, would that count?

Also, does one of the MOD elements have to be in every scene of your film or can it be in certain scenes?

"Any pieces may be used (including minifigures), so long as they are the correct colors."
Also, does one of the MOD elements have to be in every scene of your film or can it be in certain scenes?
"You must utilize one of the following three combinations of mod elements in each frame of your entry:
1. Only the color mod.
2. Only the letter mod.
3. Both the color and letter mod."

Script finished in a little over an hour...feeling good.
