Err, this kinda ended in JANUARY. Please do not bump older threads, and welcome to BiM.
It is not against the rules here to bump old threads when you have good reason to do so. If you'd like this contest to happen again by all means use this topic to discuss it. But please read the thread before hand. There have been a number of people bumping it saying "I'd like to enter" months after it ended.
Hmm.. any idea if we will have another event for this contest soon? Would be really cool and I'd want to participate too!

DarkBrick hasn't been active for over a year, so unless another member picks up the torch it's unlikely this contest will be happening again anytime in the near future.
Well...... I could probably do this, but without giving out prizes.

Without prizes, there's no point. More importantly, it's doubtful that the community would be happy with a member who joined a little over a month ago running a contest like this. No offense.
That said, I remember this being a pretty cool idea, and I might be amenable to resurrecting it myself at some point... just not any time soon.
We need a guy who will do it now, AND give prizes. Any takers?

Me too. I'm an amatur, and I would like to have a better chance at winning a contest without KG, Mindgame, Filmyguy, or EmmaExecute entering....
That's not what amateur means, FYI.
Indeed. KG, MindGame, Filmyguy, and EmmaExecute are all amateurs, too. So am I. In fact the only people here who I believe don't qualify as amateurs are Jay Silver and David Pagano, who do animation work professionally.
Besides, do we really want to encourage mediocrity by punishing excellence?
