I was late with my entry but can I be accepted because my entry was delayed by YouTube and I could not get it in on time.

It takes longer than a week to judge a contest with multiple entries. Much longer. Jargon put it nicely a few posts above me; expressing your impatience won't make the judging process any faster.

There's 32 entries on YouTube, you know. And possibly others sent to his e-mail.
The contest is not his main priority right now in his life, so allow him some time to do the judging properly.
The more time he takes, the better the decision will be.
Yeah. I agree with TheLegoCammster7. It is really important he chooses the best entire or else he just gave away 200 dollars for nothing. Just be patient and and the winners will be announced in no time!
