Or, y'know, you could use some reading comprehension, because he just answered your question.
yes! i love the theme already have a great idea for it.
I have a basic idea, I'm gonna start scripting soon. Christmas will bring great ideas!

Lucky you monkeydude. But no luck for me. I'm still scratching my head thinking what to make for TOY.

Try and find something from a period you like or are interested in, like a event, item, or even art. Then set off from there.
That's how I approached this. Hope this helps. ![]()
I've gotten me idea!
i might enter........... im working on a new film but i think i can squeze it on my " to do list"
Better clear your to do list, coz the BiM awards is a BIG ] thing.
Got my idea now, using Toy Story 3 soldiers, just not going to say that they are. Hopefully that will get passed Copyright rules? I should think that anyone doing wars/gun shoots ect would have to use some soldier that would be copyrighted some way. So, I'm sure it is alright ![]()
In our entries , can the main character(s) be fictional , but the setting be real? (Cause I'm going to make a
Merlin film but in a historical setting) Would that be Ok?
Yes. As long as the story takes place in a historical setting, it's okay.
Man people keep asking that.

Here's what you can do:
Step 1: Take head and hands off of Toy Story soldier.
Step 2: Replace them with normal yellow head and hands.
There you have it! A regular soldier.
I have to say, I really like the theme of the contest as it's pretty open and you can expect a wide range of different entries.
I'll definitely think about something to do for it, and if I find the time I'll try and enter. Thanks for organizing this, anyway!

Neat idea. Might just do that. Just I think that they might look weird. Cos of course, they still have a body that is green, suddenly having bright yellow hands might spoil it ![]()
StormTrooper305, you're thinking way too much about materials and not about a descent idea. Just start with some pen and paper and write some idea's. When you've completed your FINAL idea and script you can go worry about which minifigs you're gonna use. And no. WAR is not an idea that's worked out properly.
