I just installed Monkey Jam on my new laptop (the OS is Windows 7), and when I plugged in my webcam (QCP 9000), it was all blurry. It didn't help when I focused it, so I went back to my old laptop, but the same thing happened! It wasn't like this before, it was very clear. Could I please get some help before THAC?

First off, you mean the Quickcam Pro 9000? Nowhere in that post does it tell us what you did software-wise so are we to assume that Logitech's camera control was used and it still doesn't focus?
I use the same camera, software and OS with no problem (utilizing my laptop's own camera control software and Logitech's camera control) so you'll need to provide more detail.
How did you fix it?
