IMO mouth animation just looks weird on brickfilming so I wouldnt bother. I dont know what else to tell you.
There are tutorials for glue face on the original glueface website.

Heres a link to some already drawn mouths. May help. Sorry if it doesn't 
I will probably use TheFourMonkeys tutorial on chroma keying the mouth. Works for me 
Edit: Actually I won't. No need for mouth animations, takes time
