So i use Final Cut Express for all my videos and latley i got the Pansonic HDCSD60 an AVCHD camera that produces great quality.
Im looking for the export settings that give me the most vibrant colors and bestquality with no lag.
When i export it as a .mov file with H.264 some of the quality and colors are lost.
Help??
Search YouTube for a tutorial or google it 
Are you assembling the photos in FCE, or footage exported from a frame-capture program? And what do you have your compression quality set at?
its actually for liveaction
the camera produces 1080i quality but i see it just degrades after exporting through final cut
