I do not care about your opinion, unless it has to do with it needing more ponies.

Re: A TRUE Brickfilm

I don't see what you all are raving about...
The animation was somewhat dull, and the plotline lacked a LOT. I will admit I chuckled at a few points, however.
The voiceacting was the only good part of this film.

I LURK MORE THAN I POST]

Re: A TRUE Brickfilm

Okay, time to build my shrine to Peanut.

They're being sarcastic (Now some will probably post that they weren't mini/rolleyes )

Re: A TRUE Brickfilm

I have a feeling this brickfilm will be imprinted in every brickfilmer's brain for the rest of their lives. This is truly a work of sheer genius, not to mention the awesome plot line behind it.

Re: A TRUE Brickfilm

Surely a thought-provoking edgy new film by young, promising, visionary director Peanut Ambrose - wherein we meet two characters that are quite quickly separated from one another in a brutal act of violence by an unstoppable force - a critique on todays society where we suffer pressure larger than we could possibly imagine from sources beyond the reasonable. Are the "bricks" trapped in a world where they have not to decide what to do with their lives, like so many in our world? Does the director compare today's human behaviour to that of a brick? After all, one cannot build a home with just one brick - even though each brick is indispensable.
It is here that "A True Brickfilm" truly touches upon an important point for the way we view the position of individuals in our society. Which brick is it that cannot withstand the large force? It is the one that is already broken. A faulty brick, if you must say so. Do we chuck them away? After all, one cannot build a house with broken bricks. The film's message is one that we should all think about deeply.

Many bricks alone do not yet form a building, we need cement. The director does not provide a solution as to what we must view as the cement of our society, yet in ending the film with the words "lol fail", the director does give his own critique on the treatment of the faulty bricks in our world. It is not a good thing - in fact, it is a mockery, it is ridiculous and it cannot continue like this.

A thought-provoking film, surely. In this time of political struggles, it comes at the right time to show us that we may never stop thinking.

mini/eek

Take a pic of those shrines when you guys are done, okay?

Edit: Would it be okay if a mod moves this to the releases? Cause technically, it IS a "Brickfilm" mini/cat
