Thread Purpose

So you are buying a minifigure off of Bricklink, but begin to wonder if it really is worth the 7 dollars. Well, this is the place to ask this, Brickfilmers, I welcome you the the Question Corner. Now we won't have any worries about posting threads that may be useless. Have a question on bricks, feel free to ask here. This thread is open for questions on sets, minifigures, custom parts, peices, and basically anything you use in your MOCs and sets. Use this forum thread to compare pieces, ask if there is a part that looks like a certain object( like a piece that resembles a bottle). Ask if there is a set that offers a good model for a prop(like a set that offers a good car). You may also use this forum to post pictures of upcoming sets.

Re: Question Corner

I've always thought custom-made non-lego sold products (brickarms, decals, other after-market parts/pieces) were a bit of... like cheating. Its not exactly... (I don't know how to put this) fair, because Lego accessories, pieces, figures that come from the company LEGO, are original, and everyone has them, but not everyone can get after market pieces. I don't exactly have a problem with this, but it came to my mind that a Brickfilmer with no after market pieces may feel left out if they don't have a realistic gun and feel they may get laughed at if they use a Star Wars blaster like a normal gun.

Just my thought and opinion.

Why can't someone ask that in the Cafe Corner

Because not many people who click on the Cafe Corner thread have the intent of doing anything brickfilm related in there.

This will probably eliminate a lot of extra threads, which is always good, but it might also get kind of jumbled, and not easy to find specific things, seeing as there are a lot of "categories" to this.

Re: Question Corner

You do have a point BG. But there isn't really too much to get jumbled, seeing as the cafe corner stays steady, and there are about 14 topics a week there of different sorts. This is only about Lego parts.

QUESTION

Is there a bricklink store that has TONS on minifig parts with no minimum order? If so, link me up.

I do not care about your opinion, unless it has to do with it needing more ponies.

Re: Question Corner

Thats kinda hard to find, but here are some stores:

A Brick World
This store has a minimum buy of 10 dollars, but they have a pretty decent amount of parts

Unhalfbricking
Same as a Brick World, this store has a minimum buy of 10 dollars, but they have a pretty decent amount of parts

The Big Lebrickski
This stor has no minimum that I know of, but I may be wrong, but they have plenty of parts.

Re: Question Corner

At the Big LeBrickski, it says you can get all 16 of the series 1 minifigures for only $6.00.  Is that true that it comes with all 16 for $6.00 or are my eyes playing tricks again?

We personally disagree, only because everyone can get bricklink, or brickarms you just have to buy them. So they can get them just as easily as we can, but we do understand your side Der, anyways, that's just our opinion mini/smile

Re: Question Corner

@Madlibs: I don't know, you may very well be  buying a pack of 16 collectible minifigures, unique or not.

@Juggernaut: I see where DerTarchin is going, thats probably because he is purist. In case you don't know, that basically means they use only products produced by Lego. I prefer this theory of building.

It's $6.00 for 1 minifigure, around $100.00 for all of them.

Re: Question Corner

Question!

I am trying to make a lego sheep for an upcoming short film and I just can't get it right. I am now thinking of using a playmobil Sheep that looks like this http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/51JRBHPC5RL._SL500_AA300_.jpg (The white one in the back)

I need the sheep to be animate-able so any suggestions?
