To make an impression on everyone else, I guess. Also, to have the satisfaction that I have created an animation. Plus it's a good thing to have everyone say "Wow, you actually made that?!" and it could possibly land me a fun job.

As darkman and BG said, I yearn to be able to create an animation that hits brickfilmers like an asteroid and places an eternal crater in there mind, so they WILL not forget about "________" the amazing film by Lamplight that accquired a following and a 6 paged thread about people saying how epic it is, and how the film cured there many peculiar diseases. Yes. I have a relatively large ego.
