I have been searching for an effect in After Effects that will make fast motions be blurred, to create realistic motion. Do you know of any effects or presets?
I don't, but Google does.
Directional Blur with masks around the supposed-to-be-blurred object. Now, I think it looks better without motion blur, stop motion, but that's me.
