I recently got a quickcam 9000, and I went into monkeyjam and selected the 9000 in the capture window, but a box comes up that says 'Menu Index out of Range'. Help?
EDIT: new question. How do you film in a 16:9 ratio in monkeyjam? none of the sizes are 16:9. they are all 4:3

I'm having tons of light flicker with the 9000. Any help?

Hmm did you try simply unplugging and re plugging in the quickcam?

We use the QC 9000 pro and we use Helium Frog now. Its better than Monkey Jam.
Are all the settings on manual?
Yes, everything is manual
Even the exposure and gain? And did you turn anti-flicker off?
Hey Unilego, check out my new signature. I like. Anyways, Yoder try different programs maybe... That might solve it. I solved my light flicker by not messing with the exposure and doing "AF Lock" But I don't think the 9000 software has that feature.
